If enabled the program will try to match teams with a similar skill level sum. The beginner protection will make sure that not two beginners play together.

Beginner protection
Main strategy for building teams. For example if you have 5 men more than women and you select mixed you will have 5 players left over.
What strategy should be used for the left over players that could not be matched with the main strategy.
Set the maximum number of nets/fields that can be played simultaneously. Set to 0 for infinite nets.
Add or remove players that shall be included in the next round.
